Southwark Deaf Ministry
Working in Anglican Churches in Southwark Diocese, we aim to provide regular spaces for people to worship in British Sign Language (BSL) and be a safe space for the Deaf community to meet and learn more about the Christian Faith.
As well as supporting Deaf Church congregations across Southwark and London Dioceses, we work with the dioceses to promote Deaf Awareness and greater understanding of things that make spaces Deaf-Friendly.
Working across different Dioceses – we hope to publicise events across London and the surrounding region of events in BSL or with BSL interpreters. We thank those working in London, Chelmsford, Rochester and Canterbury Diocese for working with us.
